Pallet Style Furniture
This was a furniture collection design that I created based on the trending look of rustic pallet inspired furniture. The collection consisted of a cushioned seat, bench, sofa and table.
The overall look was given a carnival style / Mexican twist with the introduction of colourful textiles. The seat cushions were given this look by making them from colourful sarapes from Mexico. These contrasted the rustic pallet style with an interesting and fashionable way.
I designed the furniture inspired by the build of pallets however they are actually very different as they suited for the purpose of furniture hire in the events industry.
